I would like to send my best wishes of the Happy and Prosperus New Year,

Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you very much for all contacts and information in the last year.

I would like to send my best wishes of the Happy and Prosperus New Year,

2008, to you and the WSEAS community.

I am still interested in sending a paper and attending the WSEAS

Conference in Cambridge (Great Britain) or in Cambridge, MA (USA).

Also, I could help in the work of the fortcoming WSEAS Conferences in the

area 'stochastic systems' or 'AI methods'.

Because my e-mail address has changed, I would be very grateful for

sending me the next information at:
a.walaszek-babiszewska@po.opole.pl

Best Regards,

Anna.

> ====================================================
> WSEAS Organizers receive the forms that the Session Chairmen filled in
> after the end of their Sessions and after additional evaluation by
> three independent reviewers (committee), the following authors won the
> Best Student papers for the Recent WSEAS Conferences (see the list

>
> It is worth mentioning that in some cases, we needed over than 6
> months to have a final decision (for example the WSEAS Conferences in
> Vancouver, Canada), because it is very difficult to make committees

> The Criteria were:
> a) Originality and scientific impact
> b) Good presentation
> c) Paper presented by a student in the Conference
> d) Paper is authored by two authors only (one of them must be the
